Ensemble pour l'environnement et le patrimoine restores a chapel
On Saturday 26th June L'association Ensemble pour l'envronnement et le patrimoine de Saint-Thomas organised its annual fête at la Rossignolière. In the early afternoon a three hour country ramble on nearby roads and paths in the early afternoon was attended by about thirty participants. A stop along the way allowed them to savor Australian pastries. Meanwhile, eight teams competed in a pétanque championship. The evening meal was attended by 130 guests with Australian music by the band "A Drop Of Oz". The association will soon inaugurate the Chapel, where the work was completed this year.
